The elections in the City of Buenos Aires next Sunday will be the turning point regarding the way in which Argentine politics communicates.
In the first round, this past June 3rd, virtual votes were cast for the city simultaneously with Second Life. This Sunday, in the digital world, the second ballot is between Macri and Telerman, but the blogs, YouTube videos and Second Life political campaigns are already a part of the new national political culture.
From Francisco de Narvaez’s virtual moonlighting, to Roberto Lavagna’s page and YouTube appearances of Filmus, Macri, Alperovich, Ibarra, as well as many more, the Argentine politicians have massively started invading the Internet.
