The paths of a new political supporters

Generación K Yesterday in the Coopal [Permanent Conference of Latin American and Carribean Political Parties] Generación K launched a distance course for political and social groups that will be the base for incorporating new technologies as a key tool for supporters. In this first phase 900 leaders will be trained in blog design, with which they will set up a national network. This is unheard of in our country and will become a historic turning point.
By using new technologies Generación K is planning on setting up a national network of political blogs as a strategy previously unheard of meant to incorporate into the groups of supporters new action concepts that are essential in today's world if social and political frameworks are to be renovated.
Sebastián Lorenzo, who is the driving force behind the project (as well as one of the founders of Generación K), said: “This is a technology that expands simply, is cost-efficient and has a large capacity for forming social networks. The method to be used is an eleven-week course and we are convinced that it will be an experience that will cause a turning point in leader training.
The courses will be certified by the Generación Libre Foundation. The first 900 scholarships will be given by the Foundation and will honor the Plural Agreement that our National Government proposes. A generational vision implies the search for new paths so that the political leaders receive training and optimize resources in order to reach people. We have to make the transformation process a modern one. The official launch will be April 2nd, but the tutor training began at the beginning of February.
In order to apply for one of the 900 scholarships you must register on the Generación K or Generación Libre Foundation websites, and have the support of a base association or NGO, before March 12th.
